Rossko Production is the production area of ​ ​ Rossko. It is planned that more than 500 employees will work at the enterprise, and investments in construction and production will amount to 9.7 billion rubles (as of May 2024).

2024: Presentation of the plant in the SEZ "Titanium Valley"

Rossko Production showcased visuals of the exterior and interior of the future brake disc, drum, calipers and pads facility. Construction of production in the SEZ "Titanium Valley" is scheduled to begin in July 2024. The company announced this on May 2, 2024.

This visual project is as close as possible to the real one. Everything from the entrance group, cafes for employees to changing rooms and production shops. Air conditioning system will be installed in each workshop. We deliberately went to such an expensive investment and operational solution. We understand that people must work year-round in a comfortable temperature, and this is not only air conditioning and heating, it is SO2 control, but in May 2024 we are working on a system for maintaining moisture, "said Danil Solovyov, project manager for the creation of a production area at Rossko.

Changing rooms are like fitness centers. Beautiful, comfortable, with drying clothes, with drying shoes, with towels. The man came, put on clean overalls, hung his clean household clothes, came after the shift, took a shower, handed over dirty overalls for washing. A modern dining room and cafe so that each employee has coffee and sandwiches in the morning is free, - said Danil Solovyov.

According to Danil Solovyov, production will be as automated as possible, since one of the company's goals is to increase labor productivity. For example, an induction-melting complex with a smart control system, an automated molding line, automated rod production machines that themselves control quality, automated balancing machines, automatic systems for testing geometric parameters of products. Optical control system before product packaging in order to control the entire quality of the final product.

All this is a huge control system, a system - we will call it in quotes of the "smart home" - to manage the engineering networks of the plant to maintain comfortable temperature levels inside, a high degree of energy efficiency due to the use of the most modern heating and air conditioning systems. We consider humanocentric to be one of the main innovative approaches - an approach to comfortable creation of labor, due to which labor efficiency will grow.
