Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation - Rossotrudnichestvo is a federal executive body of the Russian Federation, which performs functions for the provision of public services and management of state property in the field of ensuring and developing international relations of the Russian Federation with the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, other foreign states, as well as in the field of international humanitarian cooperation.

2025: Appointment of Igor Chaika as Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo
March 10, 2015 Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed businessman Igor Chaika to the post of deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo.
2020: Evgeny Primakov - the new head of the representative office
On June 25, 2020, 44-year-old Yevgeny Primakov was appointed head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). President RFVladimir Putin signed a decree. Read more here.
