The Fujitsu company announced in April, 2013 closing of the transaction with RunMyProcess (RMP) company, provider of cloud services from France, on acquisition of all stocks RMP.
This acquisition will allow Fujitsu to add the integration platform as service (iPaaS) to the offers of cloud services for maintenance of a cloud portfolio at expansion of global business of the company based on cloud services.
The iPaaS platform is ideal for faster and more economic simplification of interorganizational business processes and management of them. It allows the enterprises to use the services available as from public clouds, and locally, having begun with small and extending as required. The integration platform also gains popularity at cloud integrators, and among the solution providers expecting a cloud for opportunities of further growth.
RMP created new approach to creation of a system and already has experience of execution of works more than on 300 active projects in 45 countries and with partners in 25 countries where there are 53 cloud integrators. As a result of this acquisition Fujitsu can offer fast and flexible support on creation of systems to clients who are on the threshold of significant changes in the conditions of a modern business environment.
Besides, Fujitsu is going to open the global center of the software in Silicon Valley in California which will become a core of its business based on cloud services. Having begun with acquisition of services RMP, Fujitsu will continue to increase the cloud services and to expand a portfolio for further strengthening of cloud business on a global scale.
