2013: SB Bank connected to GIS GMP

July 15, 2013, Moscow - SB Bank became one of the first Russian banks to connect to the state information system on state and municipal payments (GIS GMP). According to Federal Law No. 210-FZ "On the Organization of the Provision of State and Municipal Services," each credit institution that accepts payments to the budget is obliged to become a member of the GIS GMP. This system, which works as a single-window service, allows you to request the necessary information about the payer's debts for public services.

To connect to the GIS GMP SB, the Bank acquired and installed certified equipment that meets the requirements for the protection of personal data. The integration of SBANK.RU Privat Internet Bank systems with GIS GMP was inspected for compliance with SMEV requirements and was recognized as usable. As a result of the implementation, a product was created that allows Bank customers to receive information about existing debts to the state (taxes, duties, fines, etc.) and immediately pay any payment from their own account. Important nuance - all information about payments just made is immediately transferred to the Federal Treasury.

It is enough for the Bank's client to enter the number of the required document (SNILS, driver's license number or military ticket in the Internet bank, despite the fact that passport data and TIN are already listed there), and the system will automatically check debts every month. "According to the document numbers specified by the customer, the system requests information about accruals. The encrypted information received by the bank contains all the information necessary to prepare the payment order, so the process of paying the chosen charge will take the client no more than a minute, "comments Maxim Volkov, director of the information technology department of the Bank.

So now all the clients of the Security Council of the Bank - private individuals - have the opportunity to pay for public services through the Internet bank wherever there is a computer and the Internet.
