In May, 2014 the Intervale group, the Russian provider on providing infocommunication services, the software and services mobile and e-commerce, announced entry into the structure of SMS Traffic company, service operator in the field of SMS communications and mobile marketing. The SMS Traffic company founded in 2000 has the customer base in which the considerable share is occupied by the Russian banks, investment structures, telecommunication companies, trade enterprises and national media holdings.

Information systems of the company conform to requirements of the regulating documentation for data protection in personal data information systems according to requirements 152-FZ and 161-FZ.

The SmartCardLink company which since 1999 renders to financial institutions in Russia and abroad services of SMS mailings, SMS banking and other services based on use of technology of transfer of SMS messages already is a part of Intervale Group. SMS Traffic becomes one more operator of mobile communications in structure of holding.

Activity of SmartCardLink and SMS Traffic will be concentrated on development of infocommunication services of Group, including, at the expense of an output to the market of the innovation products founded on alternative channels of mobile communications with clients.

Intervale acted as the founder of a segment of SMS informing on bank transactions in Russia and in the former Soviet Union, having started in 1999 this service for clients of Sberbank of the Russian Federation in an industrial scale. In 2002 the company jointly with Sberbank and Visa implemented one of the Russia's first solutions on mobile payments from the bank card using the applet placed on the SIM card. The Easy Payment service developed by Intervale for MTS totals more than 20 million registered users for May, 2014.
