2021: Cooperation with SAGA Robotics to localize the production of banking equipment in Russia

JSC NPP Signal, which is part of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation, and SAGA Robotics JSC signed an agreement aimed at joint implementation of projects in the field of digital self-service systems and banking equipment. This was announced on April 2, 2021 by Automatics Concern. The parties aim to achieve 20% localization of the production of banking equipment in Russia by 2022 and to further increase to 80% by 2025.

The signatories of the agreement were the general director of NPP Signal JSC Ivan Bratukhin and the general director of SAGA Robotics JSC Andrei Zholobov.

The interaction of the parties is aimed at coordinating scientific research for the development of an industrial complex for the production of devices with the function of biometric recognition, ATMs and other electronic devices. Collaboration will improve the quality of components used in the assembly of banking equipment and digital self-service systems, ensure their regular delivery and carry out the development and testing of solutions.

At the beginning of April 2021, the companies created a prototype biometric terminal for facial recognition, which allows you to identify the person entering the object, as well as determine its body temperature.

This cooperation is of mutual interest, including in terms of a comprehensive solution to the problems for the development of the electronic industry and the diversification of defense industry enterprises. The banking industry is a driver of the digital economy and banking equipment is used not only in banking institutions, but is used in retail outlets, enterprises and gas stations, in exchange points and places where payment is made. 2020: Agreement on the creation of automated control systems with Osatec and Entels

JSC NPP Signal, a member of the Automatics Concern of Rostec State Corporation, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Russian production companies OSATEK LLC and ENTELS LLC as part of the creation of automated control systems. This was announced by Automatics Concern on September 1, 2020.

The agreement aims to jointly develop and market a programmable controller built on the basis of a domestic electronic component base and special software. The product will be in demand in housing and communal services systems, complex engineering systems and industry.

The document was signed by the general director of NPP Signal JSC Ivan Bratukhin, the general director of OSATEK LLC Alexander Lutokhin and the commercial director of ENTELS LLC Alexander Shugaev.

This agreement will allow the production of a fully domestic product. 1944: Foundation of the plant
