2019: Creation of STsT Lab

The Netrika group announced on July 24, 2019 opening of specialized division of STsT Lab for development of the direction of end-to-end digital technologies in public sector. The main objective of department — to provide high-quality interaction between startups, public authorities and the enterprises of the real sector of economy in the course of digital transformation.

Within STsT Lab of Netrika Group develops competences in the end-to-end digital technologies (ETEDT) and the management based on data. The company creates an ecosystem of partners — developers of technologies of processing and analizabolshy data, machine learning, image identification, the text and the speech, deep learning, neural networks, the distributed register, Internet of Things and also virtual and augmented reality. It is one of strategic directions of a company performance in general: earlier at the initiative of Netrika in St. Petersburg there began work the system group "Data matrix" within which representatives of business and the power create the platform for development and management of the city on the basis of data. The market model of data of the region was provided during start of a city digital accelerator. Netrika Group acted as its partner integrator.

Netrika begins to attract startups to execution of works on creation and implementation of end-to-end digital technologies in the organizations of the sector of public administration and also to invest in the most perspective companies having "digital know-how" for business. The purpose of STsT Lab — to create competitive environment in which the technology companies will be able to work on solutions for digital economy together with the state organizations and the enterprises of the real sector.

STsT Lab offers startups of service in carrying out scoring and examination and also the help in acceleration of solutions on the basis of end-to-end digital technologies. Ensuring development of the existing IT landscape of public authorities on the basis of the digital solutions selected during acceleration will be one of the key areas of work of newly created department. Also the division is ready to become a link between the authorities and the companies applying for receiving measures of support of STsT-solutions.

Products, services and platform solutions on which together with partners STsT Lab will work are implemented according to the federal project "Digital Technologies" within the national program "Digital Economy" for transformation of priority branches of the economy and the social sphere.

The Digital Economy program means achievement of technology independence in all directions of end-to-end technologies, and in the document is underlined that they should be competitive at world level. It is very ambitious task, and it is possible to solve it only having accumulated the best ideas and practicians from the whole country.
