2025: "Mother and Child" bought the "Seagull Plaza" in Moscow for ₽2,4 billion

In December 2025, the network of private medical clinics MD Medical ("Mother and Child") acquired from A.N.D. Corporation, a member of the Safmar group of Mikhail Gutseriev, the Chaika Plaza business center in the Alekseevsky district in northeastern Moscow. The total amount of the transaction will be ₽2,4 billion.

According to the press service of MD Medical Group, the financing will be carried out from the company's own funds with an installment plan. Class B + business center with an area of ​ ​ almost 18 thousand square meters. m is located at 15 Zubarev Lane, Building 1. The building was built in 1997 and reconstructed in 2009. After reconstruction and equipping with medical equipment, the company plans to launch a new multidisciplinary hospital in the second half of 2027.

MD Medical Group has completed the acquisition of the Chaika Plaza business center from A.N.D. Corporation, according to the Consul Group telegram channel. The eight-story building will be redesigned as a medical facility. An estimate of the amount of additional investment for construction and installation work and equipment acquisition will be disclosed after the end of the design phase.

The seller is A.N.D. Corporation. - part of the Safmar group of Mikhail Gutseriev. Safmar Group combines assets in the oil and gas, banking, development and other sectors. The sale of a non-core asset is consistent with the strategy of concentration in the main areas of business.

The Chaika Plaza Business Center was built in 1997 and reconstructed in 2009. Class B + means good building condition, modern engineering systems and decent finishes, but without premium Class A features. This is the optimal balance between quality and cost.

The 2009 renovation updated engineering systems and improved planning solutions. The building received modern elevators, an air conditioning system, updated facades. 16 years have passed since the last reconstruction, which requires a new modernization for medical needs.^[1]
