Arrest of CEO for attacking Internet bloggers

At the end of December 2023, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested for two months the general director of Serkons (specializing in issuing certificates and conducting examinations in the field of fire and industrial safety) Andrei Grigoriev in the case of an attack on bloggers. He is accused under articles on hooliganism and obstruction of the legitimate professional activities of journalists. Read more here.

Arrest of employees for attacking Internet bloggers

On August 8, 2023, the Basmanny District Court, at the request of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR, arrested for a month two leaders of the Serkons company, which specializes in issuing certificates and conducting examinations in the field of fire and industrial safety. Pavel Filatchev, a representative of the GC's own security service, and his brother Alexei, who heads one of the holding's divisions, Prommashtest LLC, were sent to the pre-trial detention center. The brothers were accused of group hooliganism and violent obstruction of the legitimate activities of journalists (part 2 of article 213 and part 3 of article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
