Purchase of 51% of shares by ER-Telecom

On August 9, 2022, ER-Telecom Holding announced to TAdviser the acquisition of a 51% stake in SharxDC LLC, an independent Russian software developer in the field of virtualization and hyperconvergence.

Within the framework of this partnership, ER-Telecom expects to continue the implementation of its strategy for the development of cloud services and data centers, as well as expand the product portfolio with promising digital products in the field of server capacity virtualization, the demand for which has been confirmed by government and commercial companies. In turn, SharxDC receives a large strategic partner, which will contribute to scaling the business and attracting new customers.
