2024

Purchase of the construction group "Ingrad" for tens of billions of rubles

The development company Sminex in September 2024 initiated a deal to acquire the Ingrad construction group. The corresponding petition has already been submitted to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia for consideration, which confirms the company's intention to strengthen its position in the construction market. Sale of the building of the former Inteko headquarters

The former headquarters of Inteko, located on Sadovo-Spasskaya Street near Art. m. "Red Gate" in Moscow, bought the production holding "Polyplast." This deal became known on February 16, 2024.

On this day, the Vedomosti newspaper, referring to the owner of Sminex (bought Inteko "in 2022) Alexei Tulupov, reported that Polyplast was going to open its headquarters in the acquired building. The amount and details of the deal were not disclosed.

How much Sminex gained from the sale of the former office of Inteko is not reported. According to the newspaper, the price of 3 billion rubles was indicated in the ads published on some search sites. NF Group partner Stanislav Bibik considers this price to be market, given the uniqueness of the facility: a new office building of this size and level in the very center of Moscow is a rarity. But the head of the department for work with office premises of IBC Real Estate Ekaterina Belova admits that the complex was sold a little cheaper - for about 2.75 billion rubles, or about 300,000 rubles. for 1 sq. m.
