2018: EPAM Systems purchased TH_NK
On November 1, 2018 the software maker of Epam Systems announced TH_NK purchase to strengthen the positions in the markets of Britain and Western Europe. According to the results of the transaction which cost does not reveal the acquired company will join the Epam Consulting and Digital Engagement Practices direction.

Epam says that TH_NK helps customers to carry out full-scale digital transformation, changing all aspects of the corporate level, since the organization and increase in culture, using client experience and technologies.
According to forecasts of Epam, TH_NK will add to revenue of the company $2 million according to the results of the fourth quarter 2018 therefore the general sales can grow not less than by 25% to $500 million.
