2020: Construction of the second stage
On July 9, 2020, it became known that MedInvestGroup would build a medical institution in Moscow for 2.4 billion rubles. We are talking about the construction of the second stage of the K + 31 clinic, which is part of MedInvestGroup.
As reported on the official website of the capital's mayor, the city planning and land commission of the city of Moscow (GZK), headed by Sergei Sobyanin, at a meeting on July 9, 2020 decided to provide a land plot at ul. Lobachevsky, ol. 42 for the purpose of building a healthcare facility as part of a large-scale investment project.
A land plot of 0.27 hectares was provided to JSC "Clinic K + 31" for a period of six years. There it is planned to erect a healthcare facility with a total floor area of 9,450 square meters. meters, said Anastasia Pyatova, chairman of Moskomstroyinvest, executive secretary of the GZK.
By July 9, 2020, this land plot contains an object with an area of about 480 square meters. meters, which will be dismantled at the expense of the investor - MedInvestGroup.
The chief physician of the K + 31 network, Boris Churadze, in a conversation with Vademecum, said that the construction of a clinic in which assistance will be provided to both adults and children will begin in August 2020. According to him, the future clinic, together with the first stage "K + 31" on Lobachevsky, will be a single outpatient diagnostic and hospital medical complex.
In the medical center for about 35 beds there will be intensive care units, an operating unit and a check-up department.
Boris Churadze also said that certain services under the state guarantee program will continue to be provided at the current K + 31 medical center on Lobachevsky, and the new clinic will focus on the premium[1]
