Tatakoto purpose - formation of the card of health of the population of Earth which would belong to all, but not to someone to one, the interlocutor of TAdviser close to the company says.

Such card, according to him, "with all visualization will allow to reveal the centers and spread of diseases, to fight effectively against epidemics, i.e. will solve one of global social problems of mankind".

Embodiment

The user device allowing the person to conduct independently the analysis of a broad spectrum of parameters of blood capable to be connected to smartphones and notebooks and to unload data on analysis results in a cloud is the cornerstone of the concept of Tatakoto, tells a source of TAdviser.

The device, as envisioned by developers, should have a user-friendly interface and provide the laboratory accuracy of analysis results. Its potential users - as people with chronic diseases, and those who just wish to receive knowledge of themselves.

In particular, it is going to bring the device to the market of B2C and also to license the solution to other players. "It will be similar to creation of Android as platforms for all participants", - the interlocutor of the edition close to Tatakoto says.

In LinkedIn social network as the work location the Tatakoto company was specified, for example, by Igor Torgov (Sverdlov's successor on a post of the CEO of Yota who left the company in 2014) and Mikhail Sokolov, the former Chief information officer of Yota.

As the investor of Tatakoto since 2014 the Luxembourg fund Genii Capital which owns a controlling stake of the company acts, tells an edition source.

In September, 2015 it became known that the Kinetik foundation which is set up by Sverdlov also connected with Genii Capital became the investor of Tatakoto.

The Genii Capital fund belongs to Gerard Lopez (the co-founder of Mangrove Capital Partners venture fund, the first investor of Skype) and Eric Lyuks. In 2014 Genii became the partner of the former owners of Yota Sergey Adonyev and Albert Avdolyan who invested money in the racing Lotus F1 command belonging to Genii.

In Rostec state corporation where Denis Sverdlov holds a number of posts in Boards of Directors of subsidiary companies, by the time of the publication did not answer questions of TAdviser. According to the acquaintance Sverdlov, he wrote the resignation letter from a post of the chairman of the board of directors of Ruselectronics in January, 2015, and should satisfy it at shareholder meeting on June 30.
