The Chaika Clinics is a network of commercial medical institutions.
History
In June 2012, it became known - former top managers of KIT Finance Bank - ex-owner of the bank Alexander Vinokurov and colleagues created a network of Chaika medical clinics in Moscow.
Vinokurov's partner in this project is Maxim Tsyganov, a native of KIT Finance (in 2008 he worked as president of an investment bank). Oksana Grigorova, former director of the KIT Finance external relations department, became the general director of the network of clinics.
Investments in the development of the new network are not disclosed. The opening of one clinic, according to competent sources, may require about $3 - $5 million.
2022: Change of ownership
The Moscow network of Chaika clinics changed its owner - according to an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated September 8, 2022, [[|Polina]] Yumasheva acquired 86% [[|of]] the company from entrepreneur Alexander Vinokurov.
The latter, in a conversation with Interfax, confirmed the deal and noted that he remains in the position of general director of the network of clinics. The financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

By September 12, 2022, 9.6% and 3.9% of the shares of the Chaika clinic network belong to Vinokurov's former colleagues in KIT Finance bank Maxim Tsyganov and Sergei Tikhonov, and 0.05% to Vyacheslav Klyuchnikov.
At the beginning of 2022, Yumasheva and Vinokurov carried out a deal in the opposite direction: the ex-wife of Oleg Deripaska sold the Creative Media company, which manages a number of online media, to the former owner of KIT Finance investment bank. The deal took place in early February 2022, Vinokurov told Kommersant, without disclosing its amount.
On March 28, 2022, Polina Yumasheva sold to Alexander Vinokurov the Creative Media company, which manages The Village, Wonderzine, Spletnik.ru. The amount of this transaction is also unknown. Vinokurov noted that these two transactions are not an asset exchange.
Polina Yumasheva is a private investor, the former wife of billionaire Oleg Deripaska, the daughter of the head of the Boris Yeltsin administration, Valentin Yumashev. Vinokurov is also one of the investors of the Dozhd TV channel and co-owner of the parent company of the Republic publication (both media are recognized as foreign agents).
The Chaika network of clinics has seven medical centers in Moscow (by September 2022). The company was founded by Alexander Vinokurov and registered in Moscow.[1]
2021: Opening of two medical centers in Moscow
In August and September 2021, the Chaika network of medical clinics opened two multidisciplinary centers in Moscow. Clinics were launched in the business centers "Capitol" and "Kuntsevo Plaza."
This project was funded by Raiffeisen Bank. The total credit limit of "Chaika" in the bank exceeded 400 million rubles.

The Chaika clinics provide medical services for adults and children, including laboratory and functional diagnostics, ultrasound, X-rays, dentistry and other medical services.
The main owner and general director of the Chaika clinic network is media investor Alexander Vinokurov. According to Kontur. Focus, by the end of October 2021, he owns 86.37% of the Chaika Clinic LLC through the Chaika Group, another 9.63% belongs to Maxim Tsyganov, 3.95% to Sergei Tikhonov and 0.05% to Vyacheslav Klyuchnikov. In Moscow, the network has nine clinics, according to the company's official website.
Earlier, the Moscow department Rospotrebnadzor suspended the work of the private clinic "Chaika" in "" Moscow City for up to 90 days. The agency established that the clinic conducted 19 tests for, the Covid-19 results were positive. However, the company did not transfer data about this to Rospotrebnadzor, which "entails the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection."[2]
