2022: $75 million investment from Night Dragon

ThriveDX, a subsidiary of the corporate group of companies Prytek raised $75 million in investments from the international venture fund Night Dragon. Night Dragon is one of the global funds specializing in investing in software solutions. Foundation founder David DeVolt will join the ThriveDX Board of Directors.

ThriveDX represents the education division/sector of Prytek. The company provides the Academy as a Service operating platform for universities and educational solutions for large companies according to the SaaS model. As of February 2022, more than 27 world universities, such as University of Miami, University of Warsaw, University of Michigan, New York University, have chosen ThriveDX solutions to build internal departments of digital professions. ThriveDX is engaged more than 15 years in development and updating of exclusive educational programs in the field of data learning, digital marketing, safe development and others. During the work, more than 100,000 graduates studied in ThriveDX.

The speed of change of approaches and used technologies in education is growing at a great pace, universities cannot update their programs at such a speed, therefore, cooperation with ThriveDX for them is a natural continuation of business, the same applies to corporations that undergo technological transformation and face challenges of retraining and training employees.

The global goal of the company is to become a world decentralized university and train qualified personnel to close more than 2.7 million open vacancies in the market in the field of digital professions. As of February 2022, the company employs 2,000 employees.
