Berg - TsNIRTI - the enterprise for development of complexes and means of different basing for radio-electronic counteraction to radio-controlled weapons of destruction, equipments of special anti-terrorist appointment and competitive knowledge-intensive civil products.

Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central research radio engineering institute of a name of the academician A.I Berg" it is founded in 1943 as the leading institute on a radar-location. Under the leadership of the first director - the academician A.I. Berg in the All-Russian Research Institute-108 (the first name TsNIRTI) basic and application researches in the field of a radar-location which became a basis of development of its such modern directions as radio-electronic fight (REB), aviation and space radio-electronic observation, radio-electronic air defense systems, quantum electronics, complexes of means of overcoming the missile defense, radio counteraction to means of radio-electronic observation, electrovacuum and semiconductor devices, etc. were conducted.
