2023: Training of robotics specialists together with UEC-UMPO

The enterprise UEC-UEPA (part of) and United Engine Corporation Rostec Ufa the College of Radio Electronics telecommunications and Security (UKRTB) will train employees in the specialty "Mechatronics and Mobile." This was robotics announced on May 12, 2023 by the United Engine Corporation. In the academic year 2023-24. 25 target students will be recruited, who during training will simultaneously master several professions in demand at the enterprise and will be able to immediately solve production problems.

The agreement on targeted training was concluded within the framework of the implementation of the strategic partnership agreement between Rostec and the Republic of Bashkortostan. It involves the training of qualified personnel for the corporation's enterprises in educational institutions in the region. As of May 2023, 974 students are studying under targeted training agreements with UEC-UMPO at the Ufa Engineering College and the Ufa Aviation College. UKRTB will become the third university to train personnel for the enterprise.

For 3 years 10 months, the guys will become multispecialists, having mastered several professions in demand in aircraft engine building at once: a wide-profile machine operator, a software-controlled machine tool and manipulator adjuster, a repairman, an electrician. A practice-oriented approach will be used in the preparation: theory will take 30% of the school time, practice will take 70%. Students are planned to pay a scholarship from the company in the amount of up to 5 thousand rubles, they will also be provided with overalls and hot meals at the enterprise. Graduates are guaranteed employment at the UEC-UMPO.

Since 2018, UEC-UMPO has been successfully implementing a targeted training system together with the Ufa Engineering College and the Ufa Aviation College. The guys are engaged in updated practice-oriented programs, and after graduation they are ready to immediately, without long-term adaptation, start working in production. In the Ufa College of Radio Electronics, Telecommunications and Security in 2023, the first group of targets of 25 people will be recruited. The children will have to get practical skills at the Rostec Production and Training Center on the basis of UEC-UMPO, "said Nikolai Lyutov, Deputy Managing Director-Director for Personnel of UEC-UMPO.
