2021: Creating vMind JV

On August 2, 2021, the companies INTACT vMind Bilgi Teknolojileri A.S. opened a joint company - rossiyskothe Turkish vMind JV. Intact announced this on August 11, 2021.

The purpose of the created company will be to develop sales of INTACT and vMind services among Turkish customers in Russia, promote cloud vMind services in Russia, as well as promote Russian solutions in Turkey. The head office of the company is in Moscow. Yasin Taha Jeliloglu was appointed CEO of the company.
