The company is the creator of the eponymous solution for automating line personnel planning. VERME plans employee schedules for retail chains based on complex algorithms, taking into account key customer data. The system predicts the flow of visitors for the coming period. By correlating the forecast with business needs as well as personnel capabilities, VERME calculates optimal personnel exit schedules up to 5 minutes.

Numerous variables pass through VERME mathematical algorithms. At the exit, retail network managers receive an automatically compiled staff exit schedule for a week and a month. Each VERME graph is unique because every retail outlet is unique: with the same format and store area, customer traffic and other metrics are always different and dynamic. VERME's experience with hundreds of different stores shows that each retail outlet needs its own, individually planned schedule.
