Vnesheconomfund NPF

The non-state pension fund of Vnesheconombank Vneshekonomfond is created as non-profit organization according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 16, 1992 No. 1077 "About the non-state pension funds", the Law of the Russian Federation of January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations", the Law of the Russian Federation of May 7, 1998 No. 75-FZ "About the non-state pension funds".

In February 2016, Vnesheconombank's Non-State Pension Fund Vnesheconomfond was reorganized into the Vnesheconomfond Non-State Pension Fund Joint-Stock Company, abbreviated as Vnesheconomfond NPF JSC.

JSC NPF Vnesheconomfond is registered by the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Moscow, registration certificate series 77 N 016522420 dated February 04, 2016 (OGRN No. 1167700051727, INN/CHECKPOINT 7728329636/773001001).

The Fund has a license issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service (No. 350/2 of June 30, 2009) for pension and pension insurance activities.

History

2021: Purchase of the Mospromstroy-Fund pension fund

On September 29, 2021, the SFI investment holding, previously called Safmar Financial Investments, announced the sale of 100% of the shares of the Mospromstroy-Fund non-state pension fund. The buyer of the asset was Vnesheconomfond, owned by the Russian Funds investment group. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. More details here.
