History
2021: Vnesheconomfond bought 100% of Mospromstroy-Fund
On September 29, 2021, the SFI investment holding, previously called Safmar Financial Investments, announced the sale of 100% of the shares of the Mospromstroy-Fund non-state pension fund. The buyer of the asset was Vnesheconomfond, owned by the Russian Funds investment group. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

SFI added that the funds received from this transaction form a reserve of liquidity that can be used for various purposes depending on the current needs of the holding, including for the acquisition of new assets, financing the development of subsidiaries or servicing credit obligations.
By the end of September 2021, NPF Mospromstroy-Fund provides non-state pension services for 3.82 thousand participants, including 1.35 thousand people already receive pension payments. By the end of August 2021, the pension reserves of Mospromstroy-Fund exceeded 303 million rubles, of which more than 71 million rubles were for the insurance reserve.
The portfolio of pension reserves of NPFs included only bonds. The largest investment is federal loan bonds (OFZ), which accounted for 22% of the portfolio. In addition, the portfolio included bonds of X 5 Finance (8.1%), Gazprom Neft (7.4%), GTLK (7.3%), Metalloinvest (7%) and MegaFon (6.4%).
SFI, in turn, combines leasing, insurance, pension assets, IT startups, invests in large minority shares of industrial and retail companies.[1]
