2013: The Cloud4Auto Ventures fund became the strategic investor of Zephyr solutions company
The fund of venture investments Cloud4Auto Ventures concluded the bargain about the strategic investments with Zephyr solutions IT company. Using the received financial resources, Zephyr solutions was brought to the Smart Inspector IT application market, by the potential leader in the field of the software for automation of process of dialogue acceptance at service stations of the dealer enterprises
Under the terms of the transaction, under control of Cloud4Auto Ventures fund the share block of Zephyr solutions company with a possibility of finishing it to control passes 25%. At the same time, management of the company reserved all powers on operational management. Zephyr solutions not only purchased the financing necessary for its current activity, but also got access to the consulting help from experts of Cloud4Auto Ventures fund.
Development of Smart Inspector - the full-function application for service advisors at service stations became the first project started by Zephyr solutions company after the conclusion of the transaction with Cloud4Auto Ventures. It has a number of advantages in comparison with the standard software products used today for automation of process of dialogue acceptance. Smart Inspector is installed on tablet computers that allows to review cardinally process of carrying out acceptance, having completely refused the desktop computer in an acceptance zone, to considerably accelerate and increase its efficiency. As shows experience of use of similar software products in the West, they allow to increase an average bill from a visit by service for 10-15%. Also, thanks to an exception of duplication of data, approximately time of acceptance of each car is reduced by a third.
The application can be integrated with any type of the IT system of the car dealer, including "self-written". Thanks to the fact that Smart Inspector is available on model of lease (SaaS) its implementation at the enterprise takes on average two weeks, and the amount of initial investments and cost of ownership are available even to the small dealer centers.
