History

2021: Acquisition by Satel company

The Satel company announced on January 25, 2021 TAdviser acquisition of a large share block of the developer of dialogue platforms - Ziaks companies. According to data of the USRLE, the owner of 80% of a share of Ziaks LLC became Satel Pro - Satel subsidiary company. The cost of the transaction is not disclosed.

"Зиакс" it was founded in 2017 in Saratov, a key product of the company for January, 2021 is the dialogue Ziax platform for creation and implementation of voice robots and chat-bots. Domestic development is suitable for any text or voice channel and provides solving of tasks of automation of the first support line of customer service, the organization of outgoing campaigns, acceptance and confirmation of requests and orders, managements of services.

Within the transaction Satel purchases not only additional examination in the field of creation of chat-bots and contact centers, but also a team of experts of "Ziaks" whose experience and solutions are demanded in the market. So, already as a part of Satel the Ziaks programmers and the decisions created by them became one of winners of competitive selection of projects on providing grants on project implementation on development of the domestic software passed by the Russian fund of information technology development.

The ZIAKS software products analyze the human speech by means of machine learning technologies. The voice bot considers a context of a conversation and guesses intentions of the interlocutor. As a rule, voice assistants give the answers based on probability theory. "Зиакс" works on a contextual intentnoy of model: it means that it is capable to isolate from the speech of the interlocutor of Intenta (intention), to interpret them and at the expense of it to optimize a feedback with users. Besides, other robots ask questions to clients consistently as are capable to isolate only one fact from one answer. Ziaks robots perceive to seven facts in one offer at the same time.

According to experts, in the period of a pandemic demand for chat-bots grew on average by 17%, by voice bots – by 4 times. In 2021 requirement of the companies of the retail sector for intellectual assistants will continue to grow. Similar technologies are demanded in banking sector, retail, a public sector, educational and medical institutions, in delivery and logistics, the industry, e-commerce.

Satel is going and to develop further examination and the solutions "Ziaks" - the interest of the large retail companies in voice robots and chat-bots will grow, thanks to artificial intelligence they can reduce costs for a customer support to 30%. By 2022 the total savings at work of call centers will be about 10 billion dollars worldwide. For January, 2021 50% of retail clients wait for service 24/7, and chat-bots will help to solve this global problem,

2019

Originally the project team serviced telecoms and small internet-providers Saratova. Clients of these companies often called and asked how many at them remained money on the account. Internet service providers complained that they should spend a lot of time for communication with users.

So there was an idea to robotize communication with clients. The solution of Google was first tested, and there was an idea to make the. But Google has only cloud solutions, and it was important to clients to work from the servers. About one and a half years there was a development of a voice bot, and since 2019 the company began to enter the market.
