Biography

Alexander Viktorovich Moldavanov directed projects on creation of an end-to-end automated system of health and safety of St. Petersburg, on construction of telecommunication infrastructure and objects of communication for the Olympic Games-2014 in Sochi, APEC-2012 in Primorsky Krai, System-112 in Central and the Northwestern Federal District.

Is a developer of solutions in the field of the automated monitoring and management based on modern GLONASS/GPS technologies and communication, including the PMR systems. Solutions are protected by patents and approved in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Now directs projects on creation of end-to-end systems of communication for the backbone industries and security services of the Russian Federation. In 2014 large-scale projects for the benefit of the transport industry on design and construction of telecom infrastructure along strategically important highways are implemented.

Is one of initiators and active participants of the state program of import substitution. Heads the direction on a transfer of the innovative technologies and production of telecommunication equipment, including development and integration of software products in the field of management, security and monitoring for state companies, departmental customers and emergency services.
