The HR director left NVision after series of loud dismissals

NVision Group was left by the HR director Alyona Levina, without having worked in the companies and half a year. During its work of NVision abandoned several key staff, but the management says that it remained enough its activity.

The series of dismissals among top managers of NVision Group were continued by Alyona Lyovina, the deputy CEO for personnel management and organizational development. Today the company announced its leaving and appointment of Irina Salova as the HR director.

Alyona Levina came to NVision quite recently. Till December, 2010 personnel problems in the company were supervised by Tatyana Zolotareva who in May got a job in Technoserv.

According to the CEO of NVision Valery Rostokin, Alain Levine fulfilled all obligations to the management and shareholders of the company: "Under its management in the company general audit of organizational and regular structure and also all activities on personnel management was booked, the development plan for capacity of HR is created".

Accomplishment of these tasks, according to Rostokin, allowed to lay the reliable foundation for further development of NVision. The task of development of a system of motivation of personnel and involvement of new highly professional specialists is set for the new HR director.

Nevertheless, It should be noted that during Alyona Levina's work NVision was endured by a number of noticeable personnel losses.

As earlier wrote TAdviser, since the beginning of year the First Deputy CEO Evgeny Zakrepin, the chief financial officer Igor Babichenko and also the Head of Department of information security Dmitry Ogorodnikov and his deputy Sergey Zarechnev left NVision.

Perhaps, the new HR director will manage to break this trend. Irina Salova has solid experience of personnel activity. Since 1994 she worked as the HR director of the Russian-Swiss JV ABB Uniturbo, from 1998 to 2001 headed department on personnel and administration of Coca-Cola Refreshments Moscow. During the period from 2001 to 2009 consistently worked at the leading positions - the HR director of such companies as - MegaFon, Intersection, Rosinter (the vice president for personnel and organizational development), AFI Development. Since 2009 worked in I-Teco company where, in particular, directed the largest project in Russia and the CIS on unification of business processes in the field of HR and to SAP implementation of HR in Severstal.
