Biography

Alexander Alexandrovich Pankov was born in Moscow on April 20, 1972. He has a higher technical education, a candidate of technical sciences degree. He completed professional retraining twice: in law at the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and under the Corporate Director program at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
