In April 2017, the Complink Group of Companies announced the appointment of Alexander Saraev to the post of executive director. The duties of the director include management of the company's operations, including management of the organization's back office: the department of management and recruitment, the department of information technology, the department of marketing, the tender department, legal and administrative services, the department of logistics, procurement, etc.

Alexander Saraev sees his main tasks as executive director in building an effective strategy for managing business processes and setting priorities for corporate development of Complink Group of Companies. Having experience in the field of organization of interaction between divisions, he plans to improve the company's performance related to current operating activities.

In the fall of 2012, the position of executive director appeared at Positive Technologies, which was taken by Alexander Saraev, who previously worked as vice president of the Asteros group of companies. At Positive Technologies, Alexander was engaged in operational management, organizing effective interaction between divisions, and will also participate in the development of the company's strategy.

Alexander Saraev has a higher technical education. In 2006, he received an EMBA degree from the Higher School of Economics. Before joining Positive Technologies, he worked in one of the largest Russian system integrators - Asteros Group of Companies, where from 2007 to 2011 he served as general director, and in 2012 as vice president. He has experience in creating various business structures almost from scratch.
