Alexander Krutikov

According to Kommersant, Alexander Krutikov replaced Alexander Koshkin as general director, who also headed several legal entities included in the Russian Funds group.

Experts believe that the change in leadership may be aimed at improving the company's reputation and reducing potential risks to its business reputation. Lawyer Viktor Mashinsky notes that the appointment of a new CEO can strengthen confidence on the part of counterparties, especially if the previous leader was under investigation.

Ilya Zharsky, managing partner of Veta, suggests that Krutikov's appointment may be related to a possible transaction to sell the asset. In his opinion, such a step is often initiated by a potential buyer who wants to see a trustee in the management of the company even before the completion of the transaction. Dmitry Gorbunov, partner of the law firm Rustam Kurmaev and Partners, agrees with him, who notes that a change in management before the sale usually contributes to increasing the transparency of the company and simplifies the process of concluding a deal.[1]
