2018: House arrest

Alexey Irisov, general director and co-founder of the Russian computer equipment manufacturer Depo Computers, was transferred to house arrest in December 2018. Recall that the entrepreneur was taken into custody in October[1] were[2] and had to spend at least two months under this measure, until December 24, 2018[3].

As Irisov's lawyer Dmitry Grigoriadi told Kommersant, a petition to transfer his ward to house arrest was filed by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The petition was based on the fact that Irisov and Depo Computers are actively cooperating with the investigation, providing the necessary data and documents.

In addition, the court took into account the fact that Irisov's health began to deteriorate in the pre-trial detention center. At the moment, the entrepreneur has already reunited with his family and feels as good as possible after being in jail.

2020: Getting out of house arrest

According to the Kommersant newspaper, the [4]May 2020, the Ministry of Internal[5] unexpectedly withdrew from the Prosecutor General's Office a criminal case sent for approval by the prosecution about fraud in the supply of a batch of laptops and USB drives to the Ministry of Defense. As a result, a preventive measure was mitigated for the co-founder and CEO of one of the largest Russian manufacturers and suppliers of computers and servers, Depo Computers, Alexei Irisov. House arrest was replaced by a ban on certain actions. The court completely released the second person involved in the case of the former head of Antey LLC Alexander Kurochkin from the preventive measure.
