Biography

Born May 26, 1978 in Saratov.

In 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of SSU named after N.G. Chernyshevsky with a degree in Mathematics.

In 2003 he graduated from the graduate school of SSTU.

In 2014, he graduated from the magistracy of the FSBEI HPE "Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov" with a degree in Finance and Credit.

2003: PTK "Gitem"

From November 2003 to June 2019, he held various positions from software engineer to director at PTK Gitem LLC (since 2010 by combination).

2010: Deputy General Director for Financial and Economic Affairs - Commercial Director at Signal EOKB named after A.I. Glukhareva

From July 2010 to June 2019, he also served as Deputy General Director for Financial and Economic Affairs - Commercial Director of A.I. Glukharev (Engels Development Bureau).
