Biography

Andrey was born on April 16, 1964.

In 1987 he was educated at the FUPM.

In 2002, he completed the MBA course at the REU named after G.V. Plekhanova.

In 1987, he began working as a researcher at the Research Institute of ASU under the State Planning Commission of the RSFSR.

In 1992, he was co-founder of the Russian-Dutch joint venture Nicotech International, which deals with the informatization of local governments. He worked until 1996.

1996: CEO of Cinimex

In 1996, he founded the Cinimex company, which specializes in creating complex and highly loaded integration solutions, developing custom software products, and introducing specialized software in the banking sector, insurance and industrial companies. One of the areas is the development and implementation of solutions for banks based on Big Data class technologies.

As of March 25, 2018, Andrei Vadimovich Sykulev works as the general director of Cinimex Computer science.
