Mayorov Andrei Vladimirovich

Education

Andrey Mayorov is a graduate of the Department of Transportation Organization, Management and Safety in Road Transport of the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. He went from the chief specialist to the head of the department of the Transport Planning Center of St. Petersburg.

In 2019, he completed the program "CDO (ChiefDataOfficer) - data-based management." In 2020-2021 underwent retraining in the qualification of "Master of Public Administration for Managers" and in the additional professional program "Implementation of Digital Transformation Projects" at RANEPA.

Career

2019-2020

In 2019, Andrei Mayorov was invited by the Governor of the Novgorod Region A.S. Nikitin to the position of Deputy Minister of Transport, Roads and Digital Development of the region, and in 2020 he created and headed the Ministry of Digital Development and Information and Communication Technologies. Mayorov's work efficiency has repeatedly received high marks from regional governors.

2025: Appointment as CEO of Mostransavto

On January 13, 2025, Mostransavto, the largest passenger carrier in the Moscow Region, announced the change of CEO. He was appointed Andrei Mayorov instead of Dmitry Minchenko. Mayorov himself, commenting on his appointment, noted the following:
