Andrei Tarasenko was born in 1963 in. Vladivostok

Education

In 1985 he graduated from the Lenin Komsomol Higher Naval School of Scuba Diving, and later the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Russia and the Russian State Social University.

In 2003, at Moscow State Social University, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of psychological sciences on the topic "Dialogue model of management decision-making by a manager." In 2009, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Russian State Social University on the topic "Socio-psychological patterns and mechanisms of optimal activity of a military leader."

Career

1997-2003

From September 1997 to January 2000 he worked as the manager of Westmoreprodukt CJSC.

From January 2000 to November 2003 - Acting General Director, General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "National Fish Resources" ("National Fishery Resource") under the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Fisheries (now the Federal Agency for Fisheries).

2017-2023

From October 2017 to September 2018, he temporarily acted as governor of the Primorsky Territory.

In 2018-2020, he was the deputy head of Rosmorrechflot.

In 2020-2023, he served as Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Since November 2023, he worked as Deputy General Director of FSUE Natsrybresurs.

2024: Appointment as Head of Rosmorrechflot

At the end of March 2024, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree appointing Andrei Tarasenko as the new head of Rosmorrechflot. In this position, he replaced Zakhary Dzhioev, who, according to the press service of the Cabinet, resigned of his own free will. Dzhioev headed the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport from August 30, 2022.[1]
