Biography

Andrei Konusov was born in 1979.

In 2001, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISIS) with a degree in Automation of Technological Processes and Industries.

He worked in various managerial positions at Garant-NT, TOPS BI group of companies, IT EXPERT&PM EXPERT group of companies, and since 2004 he served as executive director of this group.

In March 2008, he joined LETA IT-company as executive director, and in October 2009 became its CEO. At LETA, Mr. Konusov was responsible for the formation of strategy, the creation of key business areas (DLP, ISMS, Personal Data Protection, information security in the banking sector), the development and implementation of an effective management system, interaction with key customers and for a number of other tasks. Under his leadership, LETA has become a recognized leader in the most promising segments of the Russian information security market.

2012: Avanpost Chapter

Since 2012, he led Avanpost.

A deep understanding of the integrator business in the field of information security and the problems of interaction with vendors was extremely important for solving the problems facing Avanpost.

The strategic task of Andrei Konusov as CEO of Avanpost was to turn Avanpost into a Russian information security vendor that cooperates with all leading integrator companies and does not provide any preferences to individual market participants. The company should in a short time turn into an effective business structure, which is one of the backbone links of the Russian information security market.

Among the priority tactical tasks, the solution of which was supervised by Andrey Konusov: the formation of a direct sales system and distribution channels that protect the margin of Avanpost partners; Avanpost Product Portfolio Optimization; Accelerate development and launch of new versions of key products expansion of the R&D division; development of an integral company management system including a quality management subsystem as an integral element.

2022: Departure as CEO of Avanpost

In December 2022, Andrei Konusov left the post of CEO of Avanpost.
