Biography

Born in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

He graduated from Kamaz Technical College with a degree in Automation and Programming, and also in absentia - Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation with a degree in Computing, Automated Complexes, Systems and Networks.

In the spring of 2013, Artem Golovaty headed the Kamaz Center for Information and Communication Technologies. Before him, from 2010 to the end of 2012, this position was held by Mikhail Nosov. A source in Kamaz told TAdviser that the latter left his post after an audit was conducted in the company, as a result of which comments arose on the work of some IT systems of the enterprise. After Nosov left, the position of the head of the ICT center remained vacant for some time.

Artem Golovaty moved to Kamaz from Invent, where he headed the IT department since May 2011.

The new director of the ICT center previously worked in Kamaza organizations: for example, in 1996-1998. he was a software engineer at the Kamaza Technical College, and in 2005-2006. headed the IT department at Kamaztekhservanie.

In 1999-2001 Artem Golovaty worked as the system administrator of the Automechanical Plant, in 2001-2003. was an assistant director for technical support at SPARK, in 2003-2004 - the system administrator of APP Magnolia.

After that, he also served as deputy head of the production automation department of the Cellular Concrete Plant, chief automation and informatization specialist Chelny-Broiler, and in 2008-2011. - Head of IT Management at Alnas.
