Biography

In the late seventies and the 80th years the voice of the Moscow school student Alexander Aygistov was learned by the whole country, he for many years welcomed children on All-Union radio the words "Hello Guys, Listen to the Pioneer Dawn!". Being since the childhood a pupil of School studio of young announcers of Gosteleradio of the USSR, Alexander Aygistov studied director's and journalistic skill at the people's artist of Russia, "radio wizard" N.V. Litvinov and the honored worker of arts of RSFSR F.Je. Tobias, and orthoepy and stylistics of Russian at the author of the dictionary for employees of radio and television D.E. Rosenthal.

Later – study on director's department of Moscow State University of culture and arts (earlier MSUC), service in group of the Soviet troops in Germany and the first award – Hans Baymler's medal for political and educational work in troops.

After army – executive position in Roskontsert on the organization of Culture Days of Russia in federal republics and abroad, and – the first honorary title of the winner of the international festivals.

In the early nineties after the termination of faculty of mass media of the University of Marxism-Leninism at MSC of the CPSU Alexander Aygistov works as the production director, then the editor, the special correspondent, the commentator and the observer of Gosteleradio of the USSR on problems of the childhood and youth culture. Does reports of Finland and Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, Belgium and the Czech Republic, Japan and Cuba.

In the mid-nineties Alexander Aygistov is invited to work as the producer in large advertizing agency, then the head of DTV-MA TV company; there is a shooting of programs for ORT and the first forty-serial domestic feature film for children "Drakosha and the company", later, in 2003 – a TV show cycle "Vote and win" with Leonid Yakubovich.

Since 2004 Alexander Aygistov is completely absorbed by work on the Russian Internet at the public and state level. He participates in development of concepts of federal actions of the country in the field of the Internet and development of information society.

Preparation and producing of the first anniversary of the Russian Internet by Alexander Aygistov, participation in the organization of the National award for a contribution to development of the Russian Internet of Runet Prize (the coauthor of an award and till 2007 the vice-chairman of the organizing committee).

In 2006 becomes a workgroup member of the Civic chamber of the Russian Federation on development of information society.

Prior to the beginning of 2008 Alexander Aygistov heads Internet section of the International academy of television and radio (academician of IATR), is the vice chairman of the board of the oldest public organization in the Internet industry – ROTsIT, the first deputy director and the member of council of the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC), the vice president of Artstayl Group and the CEO of the ArtStyle MEDIA agency.

2008: CEO of RARIO

Since 2008 Alexander Aygistov becomes the CEO of the Russian Agency of development of information society "RARIO", heads organizing committee of the annual International festival "Electronic Future!", is the commissioner of the All-Russian for children and young people and youth timurovsky movement.

Since 2010 – the chairman of presidium of Public council of information development of "Rosinformrazvitiye", the chairman of the organizing committee of an annual Congress of non-profit organizations of Russia and the All-Russian GOSGRANT conference devoted to improvement of the mechanism of the state support of socially important projects. It is elected the member of the committee of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on assistance of upgrade and technology development of economy of Russia.

In 2011 Alexander Aygistov heads organizing committee of the annual Federal congress for electronic democracy. In December, 2011 at an annual meeting of RARIO it is unanimously elected the head of the agency. Becomes the member of Expert advice of the Time commission of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on development of information society and also a workgroup member of Security Council of the Russian Federation on development of the document "Bases of State Policy in the field of Culture and Information Security".

In 2012 at the Third Congress of non-profit organizations of Russia it is elected the chairman of presidium of the All-Russian council of non-profit organizations (Council of the Congress of NPO of Russia). Heads the organization and holding the All-Russian forum "Info = OBSHCHESTVO: information technologies and tools of electronic democracy - to the non-commercial sector of the country".

In 2013 becomes the member of Expert advice at Committee of public relations of the Government of Moscow, enters a reserve of the Public Chamber of Moscow. Directly directs work on organizational technical training of the Public observation headquarters behind elections of the Mayor of Moscow. Becomes the member of Analytical association CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization).

In 2014 it is elected the vice-chairman of Expert advice of the Public Chamber of Moscow.

In 2015 Alexander Aygistov becomes the member of the Task working group of Security Council of the Russian Federation on preparation of the project of new edition of the Information security doctrine of the Russian Federation. Heads State Examination Board at Institute of Mass media of the Russian State University for the Humanities.

In 2016 representatives of 192 NPOs from 70 regions of Russia it is unanimously elected the president of the National union of non-profit organizations.

In 2017 becomes the member of Expert advice of the State Duma Committee of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on information policy, information technologies and communication.

In 2018 receives a rank of the academician (full member) of the Russian municipal academy and it is unanimously elected the president of the Russian municipal academy.

It is elected the member of General council of Assembly of the people of Eurasia.

In 2019 it is elected the cochairman of Federal expert advice on local and public government and local communities of National association of Territorial public self-government at the State Duma Committee of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on federal structure and questions of local government.

Same year it is elected the cochairman of Organizing committee of Federal national council. It is elected the member of Public council of the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs. It is appointed the public ombudsman at the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in Moscow.

Awards

For big social job on promoting of the Internet in the Russian Federation the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) notes. "For high spirituality and service of Russia" Alexander Aygistov is awarded with the medal "Fertile Sky".

In 2007 it is awarded the state award of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

Family

Alexander AYGISTOV is a father of two daughters. Was born and lives in Moscow.
