Biography

Born July 14, 1957 in Moscow, Russia.

1978: Service in the KGB

After the institute, he was invited to work in the First Main Directorate of the KGB of the USSR, engaged in foreign intelligence.

2017: Head of EDB

Belyaninov has been the head of the EDB since December 2017. In this post, he replaced Dmitry Pankin, who led the bank since February 2015.
