Bocherova Elena Anatolyevna
Was born on July 18, 1985 in the city of Lipetsk.
In 2007 graduated from the Lipetsk State Technical university, specialty "Applied mathematics".
After election in 2006 as the deputy of the Lipetsk regional council, implemented in the territory of the Lipetsk region the Youth School of the Entrepreneurship project which allows each young man to pass a way from the idea before business.
By 2008 the geography of the Youth School of an Entrepreneurship project extended up to 30 regions of the Russian Federation. In 2009 the project received the status Federal under the name "You Are an Entrepreneur" and became the most popular project "Years of Youth". More than 28,000 young people from the whole country became its participants.
In the same 2009 the project got approval of the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin then Elena Bocherova developed the comprehensive program "Involvement of youth in business activity". As of October, 2012 the program is state and is implemented by Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Development.
2010 the program was implemented in 30 regions of the Russian Federation, as a result young people 1,500 new enterprises are open.
In 2009, 2010, 2011 – the head Smeny Entrepreneurship at the All-Russian youth educational Forum "Seliger".
In 2010, 2011 – the organizer of the All-Russian tender "Young Entrepreneur of Russia" and the International Youth Economic Forum.
In 2009 initiated creation of a separate financial instrument for development of small business within which Rosmolodezh in 2010 offered and financed 32 innovation projects for the total amount of 48,650,000 rubles.
Since 2011 – the Chairman of subcommittee on development of a youth entrepreneurship of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
On July 30, 2012 by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation from No. 396/K it is appointed to a position of federal public service, the Deputy manager of Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
