As of April, 2018, Alexey Bogatkin is a technology entrepreneur, the founder and the CEO of processing company Uniteller.

Biography

Graduate of MSTU of N.E. Bauman and Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Over 20 years of software development and also software solutions for banks and financial institutions, from them more than ten years — in the field of processing of cashless payments work at the market of information technologies.

Before arrival to the sphere of processing of payments worked in the Russian and foreign IT companies in information security field, directed development of a number of the products including connected with biometric identification.

In 2003, together with partners, created and headed Unitecsys company — developer of products for banking sector and the sphere of self-service.

In 2008 created and headed the processing company Uniteller specializing in acceptance and processing of electronic forms of payments in different fields of activity of the commercial and state organizations. In addition to work with all spheres of business service of Uniteller company is used in projects of the electronic government on portals and in infomats (federal and state projects) of Russia and also on the portal and in infomats of the electronic government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Under the leadership of Alexey Bogatkin the company developed a full range of own certified solutions for creation of infrastructure of acceptance of cashless payments, reached the international level and began to work in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, other CIS countries, the European Union and also the Western Africa.

In 2013 Alexey Bogatkin acted as the initiator of introduction of the term in the field of cashless payments of Obeznalichivaniye (www.обезналичивание.рф).

As of April, 2018, Alexey Bogatkin is a founder and the shareholder of a number of the innovative companies in the field of IT, including IT for a public sector. Is a member of Expert advice on development of Internet economy and Internet technologies at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, the member of the commission on E-commerce of RAEC, actively acts from all-industry positions.
