Was born on January 22, 1956 in Leningrad (since 1991 - St. Petersburg.

In 1979 graduated from sanitary and hygienic faculty of 1 Moscow medical institute of I.M. Sechenov (since 2010 - I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (the First MGMU)).

IBF

In 1979 - 1982 studied in full-time postgraduate study of Institute of biophysics of the Ministry of Health of the USSR (since 2012 - the State scientific center of the Russian Federation - the Federal medical biophysical center of A.I. Burnazyan (Federal State Budgetary Institution GNTs FMBTs)). Candidate of medical sciences.

Work in different organizations

Further the MFA of Russia, Government Office of the Russian Federation worked in different scientific institutions, the Ministry of Health of the USSR, the Russian Academy of Medical Science.

2017: Russian Ministry of Health

By the order of the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation since 2/28/2017 it is appointed to a position of federal public civil service of the assistant to the federal minister.
