Biography

Natalya Chumachenko was born in 1972 in Voronezh. In 1994 graduated from the Voronezh state construction academy majoring in "The engineering systems and constructions", and in 2001 - Voronezh State University in Management. Has also the diploma of the master coach of the International center of a training and coaching of Door International. From 1999 to 2001 worked in JSC Center of Cellular Communication, subsidiary company JSC VimpelCom in Voronezh, at first at a position of the leading specialist on marketing, and afterwards as the commercial director. From 2001 to 2004 was an associate director on business concerns of the Voronezh branch of VimpelCom. In 2004 headed the direction of trade marketing on acceptance of cash payments VimpelCom. In 2006 entered a position of the sales director of the Moscow region, then - the commercial director of a business unit Russia, then - sales directors of B2C in a business unit Russia of VimpelCom. In 2008 it is appointed the vice president, the area director of the Moscow region, in February, 2011 - the executive vice president of VimpelCom for business development in the Russian mass market. In a former position she headed business in the Moscow region. Chumachenko released Dmitry Pleskonos from this duty.

In June, 2012 Natalya Chumachenko left the company and now works in Summa Group as the vice president for asset management.

Since 2012 - 2016 Natalya Chumachenko was the First Deputy CEO of "USM Advisors" and the board member Metalloinvest. Natalya graduated from the Voronezh State Construction academy majoring in "The engineering systems and constructions" and also Voronezh State University in Management. Has the diploma of the master coach of the International center of a training and coaching of Door International.

In June, 2016 Natalya Chumachenko is appointed to the position of the Managing director for strategic and organizational development of the company. Natalya Chumachenko will focus on development of new strategy of the company, determination of the directions of growth of business of MegaFon, further work on brand development within the general problem of gain of commercial function. Quality improvement of interaction of the company with clients will become one of priorities of work of Natalya. The division on strategic and organizational development will integrate function on strategy and the new direction of strategic marketing.

On January 19, 2018, based on vote at extraordinary general shareholder meeting, Natalya Chumachenko was approved as the board member of MegaFon company. With respect thereto she left the company and passed into USM Holdings group. Alexander Sobolev will continue to be responsible for strategy and projects of transformation as the managing director.
