2022: Appointment as CEO of Motorik
In November 2022, Andrei Davidyuk became the general director of the Russian company Motorika, which is engaged in the manufacture of prostheses. He replaced co-founder Ilya Chekh, who wrote about his departure on a page on one of the social networks.
Today, "Motor" has outgrown the format of a startup and is transforming into an international company, which grows multiple years from year to year. Therefore, it will be better if everyone focuses on what he is the best at, "Cech said. |
According to him, it is easier for him to simply come up with a crazy idea and inspire the team to achieve it, but the operational routine for the entrepreneur turned out to be "unattainable art."
Ilya Chekh will remain in the Motorics team and will be engaged in innovation and scientific development as director of innovation. He also plans to start work in the field of astronautics, because, as he noted, "his goal in life is to fly to Mars."
I want to clear my head and form a strategy, where and how to develop our cosmonautics, and in the spring we will start, "he added. |
Andrey Davidyuk will combine the position of the general director of Motorica with the posts of chairman of the board of directors and head of the department for working with investors. It is noted that under Davidyuk, as the head of the department for work with investors, Motorika attracted 400 million rubles from the RDIF and the Far Eastern High Technology Fund, the company's press service noted. The funds were used to expand distribution in Russia, the SCO and EAEU countries, India and Southeast Asia, as well as to increase production volumes and new scientific and technical developments.
Motorika is a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. The company is engaged in the development and production of traction and bionic prosthetic arms for children from two years and adults, and also creates an ecosystem for users of various technical means of rehabilitation.[1]
