Biography
Born on January 25, 1976 in the city of Leninsk, Kazakh SSR (now - the city of Baikonur).

Investigators found that Mazurov, having owned the Antipinsky Refinery, received several loans from Sberbank for more than 300 billion rubles for the development of the enterprise.
