Education
He graduated from Udmurt State University with a degree in Law.
He studied economics at the Udmurt State Agrarian University. In 2021, he received an MBA from the Higher School of Finance and Management of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.
Career
2018-2022
Dmitry Solovyov began working at the company in 2018, taking the post of chief financial officer of Dodo Pizza for Eurasia - Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Since October 2022, he became the head of this unit.
2024: Appointment as CEO of Dodo Brands
At the end of August 2024, he Dmitry Solovyov appointed new CEO of Dodo Brands, which owns the Dodo Pizza, Drinkit and Doner 42 franchises. He replaced Alena Tikhova, Fyodor Ovchinnikov, former CEO and founder of Dodo Brands, wrote on his Telegram channel.

Tikhova came to the project in 2014. Together with her husband, she wanted to sell Ovchinnikov a pizzeria in Khimki, but he offered her to come to Dodo Brands as a manager and help with the launch of Dodo Pizza in the United States.
She took over as general director on January 1, 2024, replacing Ovchinnikov himself. He noted that she did not have experience in managing a large business, but there are all the skills necessary for this.[1]
