GMCS appointed Sergey Dyatlov to the position of the director of work with the companies of power and housing and public utilities.

Work with key clients in the field of power and housing and public utilities falls within the scope of responsibility of Sergey Dyatlov. Problem solving on assistance to the power companies in development and correction of the IT strategy, to implementation of the relevant IT projects, promotion offered the GMCS companies of power and housing and public utilities of IT solutions and consulting services and also vendor interaction of solutions is assigned to him.

Biography

Sergey Dyatlov was born on September 29, 1963 in the Tver region.

In 1986 graduated from the Penza polytechnical institute (nowadays State university) in "Designing and production of the radio equipment" with specialization of a CAD.

In 1990 finished a postgraduate study at the Leningrad electrotechnical institute (nowadays St. Petersburg electrotechnical university) and defended the master's thesis in "Design automation systems. Industry.

From 1990 to 1999 worked in the design-technology center "Signal" of the Novosibirsk plant "Elektrosignal" as the chief of division of a CAD. Directed development and deployment of the automation system of design and technology preparation of production of hybrid integrated microcircuits, automation systems of design and technology preparation of production of multilayer printed boards, automation systems of release of design documentation.

From 1999 to 2004 worked at Konakovo state district power plant. Directed the project of creation and implementation of an automated system "Planning of repairs". Participated in creation and headed service of information technologies.

From 2004 to 2005 worked in Power Major computer center as the director of the Corporate Projects business direction.

From 2005 to 2008 – the CIO of OGK-5. At its direct management the vertical of IT departments of the company was created and a number of the projects of automation including connected with preparation of branches for work in power markets and to an exit of OGK-5 to the IPO is implemented.

In September, 2008 it was appointed the Chief information officer of Interconnected dispatching office power supply systems of the Center (ODU of the Center) of "System Operator of the Unified Energy System" branch of JSC (SO UES).

At the end of 2005 became the winner of the annual award "IT leading" in the Enterprises of Fuel and Energy Complex nomination. Became the winner of rating of iTop-50 of the Russian CIO of 2006.

Sergey Dyatlov is married, has two children.
