Fetisov Alexander Valeryevich

Biography

In 2003 he graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University with a degree in Automation of Technological Processes and Industries.

Working in the IT industry since 2001, he implemented automation projects by system integrators and consulting companies, led IT divisions in the position of Chief information officer

Until 2009, he led the direction in large consulting companies and system integrators, such as Maykor/GMCS and others.

From 2009 to 2015, he worked as Deputy Director of the Department of the Stroygazconsulting Group of Companies, the largest construction company in Russia.

From 2011 to 2015, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Agrisovgaz Industrial Complex, where he implemented the project of comprehensive automation and implementation of the ERP system.

In 2016, he joined the team of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia as deputy head of the Department of Organizational Development and Information Technologies.

As of August 2018, he is the head of the Information Technology Department of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. Among the projects implemented are automation of the construction company Russia SGK, developer, Capital Group telecommunications operator, Kazakhstan Kaztranscom company "FSUE," Rostelecom federal and RIA Novosti regional executive bodies.

Since 2021, he worked as director of the department and CDTO/CIO at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "CECI" of the Ministry of Digital Science of Russia (Center for Expertise and Coordination of Informatization). The area of ​ ​ responsibility included the development and operation of the State Information System for the Coordination of Informatization (FSIS KI), support of departmental programs for the digital transformation of the main federal institutions (60 ministries and departments), which include planning the purchase of equipment and IT solutions in accordance with unified standards for the digitalization of government agencies, GIS expertise and a number of other tasks related to the coordination of state IT projects in Russia.

In 2022, he moved to PKU GosTech as deputy director.
