Biography

Elena Filatova was born on September 5, 1972.

She graduated from the Moscow Electrotechnical College with a degree in Software Technician and the Institute of Business and Law with a degree in Enterprise Management.

For a long time she held senior positions in the television and radio companies Moskovia and Zvezda.

She was the executive director of the live broadcasts of Channel One and VGTRK, as well as the executive director of a number of documentaries and shows for federal television channels.

Since 2018, she held the position of General Director of Pike Media Lab LLC, specializing in preparing for the broadcast of television channels, producing video content and organizing live broadcasts for both television and digital platforms.

Since 2020, she headed the film archive - the State Film Fund of Russia.

Elena Filatova was appointed general director of the telecommunications company STV (JSC Satellite Television), which is part of the Digital Television group of companies. STV announced this on October 4, 2021. Among the main tasks of the head of the company are building an organizational structure, modernizing business processes in post-pandemic conditions, developing and promoting b2b services.
