Biography

Born March 31, 1967 in the city of Obluchye, Jewish Autonomous Region.

In 1990 she graduated from the Khabarovsk state pedagogical institute (since 2015 - the Pedagogical Institute) Pacific State University - a teacher of physics and mathematics.

In 2007 she graduated from the Far Eastern State Agrarian University - manager.
