Got two higher educations — technical and legal. Graduated from the Moscow state engineering and physical institute (NIYaU MEPhI) in Information security and the Russian academy of legal profession in the Legal profession direction. Defended the master's thesis on the subject "Criminal and Criminological Aspects of Ensuring Protection of Electronic Information on the Internet".
Taught at the Moscow institute of an entrepreneurship and the right, Higher School of Economics, the British school of design and journalism faculty of MSU.
For many years enters in top-10 key persons of the Russian market of digital-marketing and web development. Has awards for creation of the websites of the Russian President and the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation and others. The head of commission on development of Electronic government of the Institute of Development of the Internet (IDI) entered as the expert into the commission on development of information society of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
